Terms and Conditions (January 2009)
- A non refundable deposit of £75.00 is payable on booking. Final payment due no later than 20th March 2009 to secure your stand.
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel the event without explanation. In this event we will return all monies owed.
- We reserve the right to decline any application.
- We recommend that all exhibitors have Third party public liability insurance in place.
- All exhibitors must take full responsibility and comply with Health & Safety legislation together with fire regulations.
- Exhibitors are restricted to their allotted stand/space only, and must only display and promote their own product/services.
- Exhibitors must be set up and ready to greet visitors by 10am and not pack away until 4pm.
- All Exhibitors are deemed to be competent and expert in their business/services and should be sufficiently trained, qualified and experienced.
