Why Exhibit at the 2009 Bumps and Babes Fest?

 
• This event is the first of its kind ever to be held in Leeds.
• We are fortunate to be hosting it in one of the most prestigious hotels in Leeds.
• Organised and hosted by two midwives with over 40 years experience and expertise between them, the Bumps and Babes Fest will incorporate the services of health care professionals who will be available throughout the event to offer advice and information that is not always available within local medical services.
• The whole event is based on promoting a healthy pregnancy and baby, thus supporting both local and national health initiatives.
• Our aim, through workshops and seminars, is to provide the public with the opportunity to experience cutting-edge services such as alternative therapies, 4D scanning & body casting as well as health & fitness activities for during and after pregnancy. Crèche facilities and taster sessions for children’s activities will also be available throughout the event.
• The event aims to cover a wide audience from not only Leeds but the surrounding areas, including Harrogate and York.
• A highly targeted marketing campaign will be launched in Feb/March which will reach the ideal population of pregnant women & prospective parents.
  
  
• The Bumps and Babes Fest is already attracting the interest of those engaged in childcare and maternity services who will be eager to source products and services that are available to them and their clients/future clients. We also anticipate that visitors and prospective consumers will be unable to resist the event due to a highly targeted advertising campaign which is being launched in March 2009, including local radio, local press, internet, distribution of flyers, banners and posters.

Once approved we will require a non refundable deposit of £75 and we will require the balance no later than 20th March 2009. On receipt of your deposit we will send you a booking pack to include posters and flyers.

Exhibitors Table Prices (per day): 4 foot - £125 and 6 foot - £150.
